Getting started

Nested is agent-first: deploy an agent, open a workspace, then run tasks in parallel.

Why it works this way

One chatbot that does everything loses context fast. Nested keeps specialized agents, named workspaces, and parallel tasks — so you can start work, walk away, and come back when the agent needs you.

Before you start

• Sign in with your Nested account.
• If the sidebar is empty, deploy an agent first: New agent (desktop) or the plus on the mobile agent list.

Steps

1. Pick an agent in the sidebar (desktop) or the top bar (mobile).
2. Open a workspace — a named topic for that agent — or create one.
3. Start a task and write what you want in the composer.
4. Leave a running task whenever you like. Nested flags you when it waits for input.
5. For recurring work, open Automations from the account menu and let Nested start tasks for you.

Example

Deploy a research agent, create a workspace called “August launch”, and start “Draft the announcement”. While it writes, open a second task for the checklist — both run at the same time.
