Overview of running work

See in-progress tasks, the latest week, and agent activity without opening every thread.

Why it works this way

When several agents are busy, you need a single list of what is still running — and a count on the account avatar — so you do not have to hunt the sidebar.

Before you start

• Open Overview from the account menu (desktop) or the Overview tab (mobile).

Steps

1. Scan in-progress tasks and jump into a row to open that thread.
2. Use auto-refresh if you want the list to keep up while you leave the page open.
3. Treat this as a pulse of running work. Waiting tasks still live in Attention.
4. Read the Latest week card for a rollup of tasks, automations, formulas, and schedules — Open this week for detail, All reports for history.

Example

Three tasks are still streaming. Overview shows them with timing; tapping one returns you to the composer.
