Private memory
Browse, search, reorganize, and reset the knowledge center that belongs only to this agent.
Why it works this way
Each owned agent has a private memory center seeded for that deployment — its lessons, preferences, and environment notes. You can correct it without the operator console, see what changed, and reset it when the memory goes stale.
Before you start
- Open settings for an agent you own, then the Memory tab.
Steps
- Browse the concept tree, filter and sort, then open any concept in a Write/Preview markdown editor. Create, edit, or delete concepts here.
- Search finds concepts across the whole center by title, path, or type.
- Changes shows the center’s change history with diffs and who made them — Agent, Operator, Owner, or System — and links back to the task that caused a change.
- Open Page history on a concept to view older versions and Restore this version when an edit went wrong.
- Reorganize asks Nested to find duplicates, conflicts, and logbook pages that can become standing knowledge. Review the preview, then Apply.
- Reset memory restores the seeded state. Confirm first — this cannot be undone.
Example
The agent keeps citing an old product name. Search for the old name, edit the concept, and check Changes later to confirm no agent turn re-added it.
